You can start walking tours directly from our house. For instance, take a stroll to the "Kälberstein" and it's famous ski-jump and the "Aschauerweiherbad" a natural outdoor swimming-pool. If you prefer hiking, you can walk to the Maria Gern Church and visit the "Kneifelspitze". There, one has a great view over the valley of Berchtesgaden and its surrounding mountain ranges.
It takes you about ten minutes by feet to get to the town center of Berchtesgaden.
