All Holiday apartments situated on the 2nd floor of a fantastic renovated building from approx. 1900 and located directly at the underground station Schönhauser Allee, the entrance to the station is 200m from the building.

All apartments includes central heating and water, classic wood flooring recently polished and wood doors and windows. These 2-3 room apartments are decorated in warm colour schemes, beautiful renovated, very quiet and clean, and consist of a large living/bedroom room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. Up to 5 and 7 guests can stay here. The living room is equipped with leather sofas (which can be used as sofa beds), a large flat-screen TV with cable channels. The bedroom features a large double bed with own TV.

Fully equipped kitchen is a gas oven, refrigerator, water boiler, coffee maker, pots and pans, plates, cups, utensils, etc. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a bath tub, a toilet and a hairdryer. The rooms are cleaned, and the towels and bed covers are changed on a daily basis. All of the rooms offer free Wi-Fi internet access.

From here, guests may comfortably and quickly visit Berlin, for example: Alexanderplatz approx. 10 min, Hackeschen Markt approx. 10 min., Unter den Linden Avenue approx. 15 min., Friedrichstraße approx. 15 min., Brandenburg Gate approx. 20 min., new principal station approx 20 min., A very centric location, from where guests can enjoy the liveliness of this unique European city with its mix of people from all over the world.
