  newly renovated quiet, loft apartment in Berlin.

In an old school, right at Friedrichshain, made in bewitching "Red Brick Gothic" you will find your relaxing, bright, very high-ceilinged room.
With exposed brickwork, floor heating, wifi and excellent transport links, whether day or night.

A large window facing east in the morning lets you wake up flooded with light from a warm morning sun (or, after
long berlin club night: simply keep the blinds  closed:-).

Speaking of getting around: There is parking at the door, a subway or teh night bus stop  just around the corner, within walking distance you will find a regional train station and the "S-Bahn".

The airports are just a 30 minutes ride away.

A glance into the spacious courtyard reveals on beautiful old trees and a fresh, green lawn.


The new bath, partly with limestone and oak, gives you a floor-level shower with heated floor and as en charming extra: a pleasant rain shower.


The large kitchen, with a broad
window-band, also re-designed,  invites for a chat or a cooking session.
