Villa Freisleben with its furnished apartments in Dresden is located in Blasewitz, a district of Dresden and has a private access to the adjacent park.
You can easily reach the sights in the old and the new part of the city by tram without having to change.
The building is one of the most beautiful villas in Art Nouveau style and was built in 1916. From 1991 until 1993 the villa was carefully restored by the grandchildren of the builder.
Our apartments can be used as flats or as private offices. They have either 1, or 2 rooms, a size between 20 and 52 m² and a comfortable arrangement for 2 people. Some apartments have a sofa which can be converted into a bed for other 2 people.
Room amenities include also direct dial phone and fax (in some rooms)with an own number, a completely equipped kitchenette with vitro-ceramic stove, microwave oven, fridge, kitchen utensils and a separate dining area. Furthermore our apartments provide satellite TV, a HiFi appliance and a video recorder. All devices have remote controls.
The modern bathrooms feature partially marble decoration. The 2-room apartments come with balconies, whereas the penthouse has a roof terrace. Some apartments have a video door intercommunication system.
On the hotel premises you will also find parking facilities. The gate is operated by a remote control.
